Refund policy

At Pour Over Prose, all sales are final.

As a small business specializing in used books and bookish merchandise, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

While we do not individually list the condition of each book, please note the following:

• All of our used books are handpicked and sold in like-new or excellent condition, unless otherwise noted.

• As with any secondhand item, minor signs of wear may be present and are considered part of the charm of preloved books.

• If an item is accidentally misrepresented or arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review the issue and determine if a replacement or resolution is possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
